    Introduction to Development Pro & the Nonprofit Startup Category
 


Q-1: Who uses Development Pro?
Development professionals, from a number of varying backgrounds and organizations; Executive Directors, Special Event personnel, Board Members, Volunteers and Marketing Executives use Development Pro. The product was first introduced to assist small to mid-size organizations that lacked a large development office, we have discovered that a number our users come from all different sized organizations.

Q-2: How much does it cost to become a member?
The Annual Subscription is only $299. Download unlimited resources as often as you need. Contact us about special offers and promotions, which are frequently available!

Q-3: How Do I Subscribe?
To join, simply go here.You will then be directed to our secure payment system. Fill Out your credit card info accurately. Once verified, you will be prompted for a user name and password. Write this down, as you will need it to log onto the members area.

Q-4: Do I need to become a member to view the Templates?
Yes. You may view documents at anytime though.

Q-5: How soon will I receive my order?
If you purchase with a credit card, MasterCard, Visa or AMEX, you will gain access immediately.

Q-6: What if I encounter difficulties?
Call or Email Customer Support. Customer Support office is available to assist you 7:00 - 6:00 PST. If you need support outside of this time, your email and/or call will be answered within 24 hours.

Q-7: How many files will I receive?
DevelopmentDirector.com has over 500 documents. Although we are continually adding more documents to our inventory.

Q-8: How do I download the templates?

Click on one of the links. Once the file opens, click Save As(on the File menu) and save the file to your computer.

Choose a location where you can easily find the file afterwards, such as the Desktop, and click on "Save" at the bottom of the window.

After downloading the file, go to the location where you saved it to and double click on the filename.

Now you may edit the files using MS Word or Excel.

A few sample document and forms are in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader. Adobe Acrobat Reader is free software that lets you view and print PDF files. With Acrobat Reader, you can also fill in and submit Adobe PDF forms online (Your computer will most likely already have it). The PDF document are provided as guide and sample templates and may be re-created in MS Word.
